Koh Tao is known as the place to learn to dive and there sure are a lot of schools to chose from! Here at Goodtime we offer small group training (maximum 4 people), personable and flexable to suite you. The course incudes shallow water training to start you off in comfortable conditions, 4 boat dives and a couple of accademic sessions (dont worry, its easy!). Due to our location on Sairee beach we can conduct the shalow water training right in front of the shop and are happy to spend as much time untill you are comfortable. Our purpose built speed boat gives us the ability to access to a wide variety of dive sites to enhance your experince and also gives us the flexibility to change sites if the conditions are not suitable. We want you to feel compfortable and safe under & above the water and most importanty, have a good time! Also, check out our new Cafe & Bar that will be your cozy hang out on the beach. Koh Tao has a big range of dive resorts and dive shops mainly focused in teaching people to dive and dive career progression. However at Good Time Adventures we only teach Advanced diving in the form of Adventures dives (such as night, deep, diver propulsion vehicle, NITROX etc), PADI specialities consisting of 2-4 dives on a specific area (deep to 40m for example) and PADI Advanced Open Water courses. We differ from the norm by not trying to rush you through in the fastest time possible but by taking a few days to ensure you get the best education and to allow us to take you to the best sites for each advanced dive. |

| With Goodtime Adventures you can participate in Green Fins Reef Watch, A United Nations Environmental Program. In a two dive trip we will teach you the importance of the marine environment what and how we effect it and conduct surveys underwater to help monitor and determine the local reefs health. All statistics are complied and sent off to Green Fins to enable then to monitor Thailand's marine environment. |

 Sail Rock Wednesday

Double dive at Sail Rock, one of the more famous Scuba diving sites in the Koh Samui archipelago. It is an iceberg shaped pinnacle that rises from the sandy sea floor at 40 metres and rises 15 metres above the surface. It is a suitable dive site for all levels of diver, from Discover Scuba up. Its surface consists of small patches of hard and soft coral. Common fauna that may be seen include barracuda, batfish, jacks, occasional whale sharks, and many other species of tropical fish. Visibility is usually in the 10-30 meter range. For more advanced divers, there is a vertical 'swim through' on the northwest side of the rock. Commonly called "The Chimney", it begins at a depth of 18 meters and exits the rock again at depths of 12 and 6 meters. Free Diving or Snorkeling |
We have teamed up with Koh Tao's new Free Diving School, Blue Immersion, to offer AIDA (Worldwide Federation for breath hold diving) 2, 3 and 4 star courses. You can start every second day for the 2 start course and work your way up from there. Most people are able to reach a depth of 18m on the second day and hold their breath far longer than they ever thought. Freediving is a genuine way to open yourself to the sea, to trust and extend your personal boundaries. Just as yoga or martial arts open your mind to the power of breath, freediving immerses you to the depths of the big blue and its energy. You develop a sense of your body’s limitations and by understanding those limitations come the possibility to expand the confines with knowledge and expert training.
The depths of the water open up to you as your body accepts the truth that is freediving. Freediving is to dive without unwieldy equipment, ability or age limitations, or any requisite of fitness. Men and women are already fit for the water element, therefore it is open to everyone with a passion for the sea. |  |
